2: Make a contract with us
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.
2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

3: How to place an order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling
3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
3.4 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.5 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds.
3.6 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.7 Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date or in the case of seat covers arrange with you a mutually convenient fitting date, if required.
4: Delivery and carriage charges
4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched within 21 working days and any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.
4.2 Your goods will normally be delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch but this may vary depending on the carrier/delivery company.
4.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery.
4.4 We can arrange for delivery of our goods anywhere in the world. Shipping prices for mainland United Kingdom are shown on our checkout page. You are requested to contact us for shipping prices for all areas outside of the mainland United Kingdom.
4.5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at the specified delivery address to accept delivery of your order. </span>We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
Please check the goods on delivery; any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to ourselves within 48 hours.
4.7 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
4.8 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by ourselves.
5: Cancellation and returns
5.1 Because the goods we supply are individually handmade to order, they are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and are exempt from the right to cancel.
5.2 You can cancel your order within 48 hours of the order being placed. To do this, please telephone, e-mail or write to us.
5.3 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights ; for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6: Faulty Goods / Guarantee
6.1 Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and if there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by telephone, email or in writing providing details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
6.2 All goods are covered against faulty workmanship and materials.
6.3 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received by us and checked.
6.4 We are unable to guarantee and exact colour match due to the nature of the product.
7.1 Where the goods being supplied are seat covers and the vehicle to which they are being fitted is equipped with in-seat airbags we cannot warrant or represent that the in-seat airbags will operate in the event that they are deployed, as the goods have not been tried and tested in this respect.
7.2 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses.
8: Trade or Business Customers
The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.
8.1 Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by ourselves.We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges.
8.2 Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 2 days of delivery.
9: Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
